A goat milk cheese that doesn't taste remotely "goaty". Ticklemore combines light and gentle lemony flavours with herbaceous notes that deepen with age, which reveals a firm, chalky texture beneath its stark white rind.

Made in Devon in partnership with Sharpham Cheese Company using pasteurised goat milk. Has been matured for 3 months and is suitable for vegetarians.
