The proven recipe of Sharpham Rustic now with added fresh garlic and chive. The use of Jersey cows milk injects a sunny vibrant yellow colour to the semi firm yet crumbly texture. With a distinct look and its edible rind just perfect for a cheeseboard.

Made by Sharpham Dairy in Totnes Devon using unpasteurised cows milk. Has been matured for 8 weeks and is suitable for vegetarians.
