Tasting Notes

A semi firm goat cheese with a lightly washed rind having a subtle sweet lingering flavour. A taste experience being not overly strong or "goatee" with a nice soft finish.


Additional Information

Made in Somerset by White Lake Cheese Company using unpasteurised (thermised) goat milk from their own herd. Has been mature for up to 3 months and is suitable for vegetarians.
