Firm almost chewy texture, with a subtle goaty taste and an aromatic almond tang but with a fresh acidy. This an excellent alternative if you have an allergy to cow's milk.

Made in Devon by Quickes Traditional Dairy using pasteurised goats milk. Matured for up to 10 months and suitable for vegetarians.
