Has evolved into a dryer harder crystallised cheese and is often a substitute for a hard Italian cheese (Parmesan) great added to food or cooking in general. Is strong in flavour with a distinct nuttiness.
Additional Information
Made in Wiltshire by Lyburn Farmhouse Cheesemakers using a pasteurised cows milk. Matured for up to 18 months and is suitable for vegetarians.
