A washing technique produces the orange sticky rind, beneath that a yellow heart with a sweet milky aroma, think onion soup and yeasty bread. The texture beneath the pungent rind is soft and melts beautifully.

Made in Somerset by Montgomery Cheese using raw cows milk. Not suitable for vegetarians
