A crumbly Lancashire cheese has a fresh slightly acidic flavour with a smooth firm but moist texture. The flavour is distinct and rich perfect as a melted topping, on toast, or used in cooking.


Additional Information

Made in and around Lancashire using unpasteurised cows milk. Matured for up to 24 months and is not suitable for vegetarians
