Heckfield is a semi-hard Guernsey cow’s milk cheese it displays a rich umami flavour and a buttery texture that melts in the mouth. It is naturally golden from the carotene present in Guernsey milk.

Made in Berkshire at Village Maid Cheese Company using pasteurised cows milk. Matured for 8-9 months and is suitable for vegetarians.
