Tasting Notes

Cheddar style cheese with rich layered flavours of buttery nuttyness. It's generally less acidic than other cheddars. A natural edible rind, with an inside revealing a warm golden paste with an occasional blue vein. The texture is generally firm with a smoothness throughout.


Additional Information

Made in Wales at Holden Farm Dairy using raw unpasteurised cows milk. Matured for up to 18 months and not suitable for vegetarians
