Duddleswell has a mild buttery taste that retains the sweetness of the milk. It has a distinct but gentle acidity at the finish. With a firm and slightly springy texture throughout.


Additional Information

Made in West Sussex at High Weald Dairy using pasteurised sheeps milk. Matured for 5 months and is suitable for vegetarians.
