The smokey flavour is developed over time with the cheese being naturally cold smoked over oak wood chipping's. A distinct powerful amber colour, and deliciously smooth mellow smokey flavour. A very worthy cheese board member.

Made in Dorset by Ford Farm Cheesemakers using pasteurised cows milk. Matured for 3 months and is suitable for vegetarians
