A sweet and mellow blue cheese from Devon, with a caramelly and occasionally lightly spicy flavour profile with a pleasingly dense and fudgy texture that even blue cheese sceptics will love. This made seasonally so enjoy it when you can.

Made in Devon (Totnes) at Ticklemore Cheese Company using pasteurised cows milk. Matured between 6-8 months and is suitable for vegetarians
