Cornish Gouda is matured for up to 18 months so can taste very different depending on the age. Semi mature has a smooth taste and texture, Mature has a rich complex flavour while still holding a great moisture level, with a beautiful crunch from the crystals which form around 8 months, Extra mature having rich flavour reminiscent of butterscotch with larger crystals and a more cruncher texture.

Made in Cornwall (Lanreath) at Talvan Farm using pasterised cow's milk. Matured for up to 18 months and is not suitable for vegetarians and contains egg.
