Named after the forset of Bowland of east Lancashire. Bowland cheese is unique its a traditional Lancashire cheese, blended with apples and raisins, then dusted with cinnamon. Although we like to describe it as being blended with Christmas cake, this delicious cheese is a firm favourite all year round. The recipe was originally created over 100 years ago as an alternative to Christmas pudding, the recipe was recreated by David Williams in the early 1990’s

Made is Lancashire this is pasteurised cow's milk that is vegetarian friendly containing Raisins‚ Diced Dried Apple‚ (Apple Preservative (Sulphur Dioxide))‚ Cinnamon Oil and Ground Cinnamon Powder.
