Tasting Notes

A moist yet crumbly texture with stark white interior streaked with greeny blue veins. Its flavour notes range from lemony to a burnt caramel sweetness that release when melting on the palate. Sort after and seasonally made September through February so enjoy it when you can.


Additional Information

Made in Devon (Totnes) by Ticklemore Cheese using pasteurised sheep/ ewes milk. Matured for 3-5 months and is suitable for vegetarians
