A Stilton-style cheese handmade in small batches for perfecting its soft creamy texture. It has a sharpness with citrusy notes that are long lasting on the palate.


Additional Information

Made in Bath at Bath Cheese Company using pasteurised cows milk. Matured for 2-3 months and is not suitable for vegetarians
