Applewood is made using a traditional hand-turned farmhouse Cheddar, with a delicate smoky flavour and a lovely smooth texture. Not traditionally smoked but given an "artificial" smokey flavour all finished with a dusting of paprika for good measure to create the amber appearance.

Made in Somerset by Applewood Cheese Farm using pasteurised cows milk and is suitable for vegetarians
