About Me

From as far back as I can remember, I’ve always been captivated by food—what I was eating and where it came from. Good food runs in the family; my grandparents ran a prestigious hotel, and my father, a trained Chef, later became a university lecturer. But it was my mother who ignited my passion for cheese. Working in the artisan cheese industry, she crafted cheese daily for 20 years and ran a cheese stall at local farmers’ markets. She was a true entrepreneur, way ahead of the trend before farm shops were fashionable. She constantly changed her selections and gave me little pieces to try. That’s where my deep love for cheese began. Even now, my mother continues to work in the cheese industry, sharing her knowledge with the same passion and love as always

Following in my mother’s footsteps, I became a cheesemaker, creating award-winning soft and hard cheeses. I cherished being an artisan cheesemaker, and now, I’m thrilled to run my own online cheese business, showcasing a wide variety of incredible British cheeses.

My passion for cheese is a family affair. My children are now at the age where they’re starting to appreciate the different tastes and textures. They tell me very clearly what they like and don’t like, which makes it all the more special.
